how online music mixing works

Whether you record in a pro studio or in your own home recording studio. When I mix or master your songs, I will want to know all about your music. What your influences are, what your favorite sounding albums are etc... If you have a myspace page or website, I will go to your site and get a feel for the direction that YOU want your songs to go in. At onlinemusicmixing.net you are in control of your sound.

mail or upload your tracks

After contacting me, you will be given an account with a login and password so that you can upload your tracks to our dropbox account. If you would rather burn your tracks to a dvd-r and mail them to us though Fed Ex or USPS that works fine too. Usually within 1-2 business days after uploading your tracks, you will receive "mix 1" versions to review.

review your mixes online

When you receive your "mix 1" mixes I expect to get a lot of feedback from you about the direction of the mixes. If you want more or less reverb, brighter guitars, more effects etc. Using your feedback I will update your mixes and send you "revision 1" mixes.

revise your mixes online

You again give more feedback and direction after reviewing your "revision 1" mixes. The published rates includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. In most cases the "revision 1" mix is the keeper.

pay online

When you are happy with your mixes, payment can be sent online with a debit or credit card. I use Paypal to process payments. A Paypal account is not required.

receiving your finished professional mixes

Once you have paid for your mixes, you will be sent full resolution wav files of your mixes. Clean versions are $20 extra. If you need instrumentals or stems for guitar hero or rock band, no problem just ask.
